We are affiliated with Fidelity National Title Insurance and First American Title Insurance companies. We represent banks and other lender’s in foreclosure and REO closings, statewide. Our clients include major banks as well as Merrill Lynch. Lehman Brothers and JPMorgan Chase’s mortgage backed funds.

Our firm represents builders in development and the sale of residential units, commercial construction companies, and banking institutions.

In 2006 and 2007 we handled the purchaser side of the purchase of a catfish feed plant, the seller side of subdivision development, foreclosures for major banks, REO sales throughout Mississippi along with the closing of hundreds of residential real estate transactions.
